Stop using the machine immediately if you feel ill during use.
如在使用本机过程中，身体出现任何不适症状，请立即停止使用；
The machine is designed for indoor use only.
本机仅限室内使用；
the recommended maximum duration for use is between 15-20 minutes on any specific area.
同一部位持续按摩时间请不好超过20分钟
It is recommended that you only use the machine 1 hour before and after meals.
建议在用餐1小时再使用本机；
It is recommended that you drink a glass of water to assist in the clearance of toxins after using the machine.
建议使用本机时喝一杯清水来帮助身体排除毒素；
It is recommended that you have at least a 2 hour rest in between sessions of using the machine.

METHOD OF USAGE CONNECTING THE UNIT
使用方法
1.Start by connecting one end of the power adapter⑤to the adapter connector④on the machine.
1.将电源适配器插口一端插入机器底部接口；
2.Connect the AC power cord⑤to a wall electrical outlet.
2.将电源适配器另一端插入电源插座；
3.Wear the massager firmly against the part of the body that you want to work on you can wear the massager on the areas listed on OPERATING INSTRUCTION. You should ensure that you have a secure and comfortable fit before switching on the unit.
3.将本机如“使用展示”中图片所示，穿戴于按摩部位；
4.Onve it is connected and power is supplied to the unit, the red light next to the on/off switch will be illuminated indicating that the unit is ready for use.
4.接通电源后，机器上方红色指示灯亮，即表示可正常使用；
5.Turn on the machine using the on/off button,it will start on manual mode at the lowest speed.to increase or decrease the intensity ,press the increase speed or decrease speed button.
5.按下开关按钮“”，机器进入手动模式，按“”增加震动强度，按“”降低按摩强度；
6.To switch to auto mode,press the auto mode button.the auto mode is program to run on a sequence of motions for maximum toning.
6.按下模式切换按钮“”，切换到自动模式一，再按一下“”切换的自动模式二，再按一下“”恢复到手动模式。
